As a nib member, you may receive one initial physiotherapy consultation per calendar year with no out-of-pocket cost. Eligibility depends on your level of cover.
If your physiotherapist recommends a follow-up appointment, we offer on-the-spot claiming via HICAPS, so you can claim your rebate immediately and only pay any applicable gap on the day.
