Medibank members are welcome to attend Health on Grange Physiotherapy, and you can claim your benefit through our on-the-spot claiming system, HICAPS, to access your Medibank insurance.

We accept all other health funds and provide on the spot claiming through our HICAPS terminal, to allow you to swipe your card and claim directly from the health fund on the day, meaning that you only have to pay the gap. To determine the exact gap, contact your Health Fund directly and they will advise you accordingly.
